1. What EDGE Is

EDGE ("the Platform", "the Service") is a tool for statistical analysis and information about football. It identifies possible "value bets" by comparing the probabilities of its own model against market odds, and it offers registration and tracking of predictions in simulation format ("paper") or against the virtual balance the user manages.

EDGE is NOT a bookmaker. It does not accept or process bets, does not receive or hold money intended for betting, does not pay out winnings, and does not facilitate gambling transactions. Any real bet you decide to place is made on your own, with third-party operators, entirely at your own responsibility.

2. Age and Eligibility

You must be of legal age (18 years old, or the legal age to participate in gambling in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to use EDGE. By using the Service, you declare that you meet this requirement and that the use of betting analysis tools is legal in your place of residence.

3. Not Advice or a Guarantee

The information, predictions, "value bets", AI analysis, and metrics (yield, CLV, etc.) are for guidance only and do not constitute financial or investment advice or a recommendation to bet. Past or simulated results do not guarantee future results. Betting carries the risk of total loss of money. You are solely responsible for your decisions.

4. Responsible Gambling

Only bet what you can afford to lose. Gambling can be addictive. If you feel you are losing control, seek professional help. EDGE promotes responsible use and is not directed at vulnerable people or those with gambling problems.

5. Account and Acceptable Use

You access the Service through a Google account. You are responsible for the activity on your account. You agree not to use the Platform for unlawful purposes, not to attempt to breach its security, and not to extract data in an automated manner without permission. In the community features (feed, leagues, profiles), you agree not to post offensive, fraudulent, or misleading content; we may moderate, hide, or remove content and suspend accounts that fail to comply.

6. Premium Subscription

Some features require a paid subscription (EDGE Premium), managed through Stripe. The price, billing frequency, and trial period are shown before you sign up. You can cancel at any time from the management portal; cancellation stops future renewals. We do not issue refunds for periods already elapsed unless required by applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

The software, the EDGE brand, the models, the design, and our own content belong to us or our licensors. The sports data comes from external providers. You acquire no rights over them beyond the personal use of the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is", with no warranties as to accuracy, availability, or fitness. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EDGE shall not be liable for losses (including those arising from betting), indirect damages, or loss of profit related to the use of the Platform or third-party data.

9. Changes and Termination

We may modify the Service or these Terms; significant changes will be notified on the Platform. We may suspend or terminate access in the event of non-compliance. Continued use after a change implies acceptance of it.
