Privacy Policy

At EDGE we respect your privacy. This policy explains what data we process, for what purposes, and with whom we share it. By using the Platform you accept these practices.

1. Data We Collect

From your Google or Apple account (when you sign in): name and email address — plus, if you turn on your public profile, the link to the profile picture hosted by your provider (we do not store the image itself, only the address where it lives). With Sign in with Apple you can hide your real address: we receive an Apple relay address and everything works the same.
Your activity on the Platform: bankrolls, bets and predictions you register, quiniela predictions, published picks, private leagues, and notes. This generates your statistics (yield, ROI, CLV).
Technical data: device identifier for push notifications (FCM token), and preferences saved locally in your browser (e.g. theme and welcome status).
Payments: if you subscribe to Premium on the web, Stripe processes the payment; if you do it inside the iPhone app, Apple processes it and RevenueCat validates the purchase. EDGE never stores your card details: we only keep the subscription identifier and its status to manage your access.

2. What We Use Your Data For

Operating the Service: authenticating you, displaying your data, settling your bets, and calculating your metrics.
Community features: showing your verified profile, picks, and ranking positions (only if you enable the public profile).
Sending you notifications you requested (value bet alerts), if you enable them.
Managing your Premium subscription and preventing abuse.

3. Who We Share Data With (Data Processors)

We do not sell your data. We share it only with providers that make EDGE work:

Google Firebase (authentication, database, notifications) and Google Cloud (pipeline processing).
Stripe (subscription payments).
Vercel (site hosting and aggregate usage analytics: page views and performance, without cookies and without being tied to your identity).
Apple and RevenueCat (in-app purchases on iOS and subscription validation).
API-Football (sports data) and Google Gemini (AI analysis of the predictions). Only match/pick data is sent to these, not your identity.

4. Cookies and Local Storage

We use browser local storage for preferences and session. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies for marketing purposes.

5. Retention and Security

We retain your data while your account is active or as necessary to provide the Service and comply with legal obligations. We apply reasonable security measures (access rules, encryption in transit). No system is 100% foolproof.

6. Your Rights

You can access, correct, or request the deletion of your data, and disable your public profile or notifications at any time. You can delete your account and all your data from within the app, under Profile → Settings → Delete my account. For any other request, write to us at elartedesanars3@gmail.com.

7. Minors

EDGE is intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

8. Changes

We may update this policy; we will publish the current version on this page with its update date.
